Sources of Vitamins
We can get our vitamins from two different sources: the foods we eat and supplements such as pills or tablets. Almost all foods have some sort of vitamins in them. For instance, those wishing to increase their intake of Vitamin C would eat oranges or drink orange juice, both of which are rich in Vitamin C. If your goal is Vitamin D, you can increase your intake by eating egg yolks or drinking Vitamin D enriched milk. If you are interested in increasing your intake of specific vitamins, you can do some research to determine which foods are richer in what vitamins. You can then fit those foods into your daily diet.

Multivitamins
